I beleive you only go in as a player and not a member of a team, so his status with the Packers does not matter. Unless he was not in good standing with the league, AKA Pete Rose I'm sure without a doubt he's going in on the first ballot 5 years after he retires. BF has no worries there. Hell he may get 2 rings with the Vikings before this is all over, ya never know.
Now getting into the "Packer" HOF for their franchise is a different animal, I'm sure he wants to be let in there and they will let him in it's just a matter of when.
