It's unfortunate, but being the last person using the Metrodome is a curse. As long the the peice of sh1t still works, nobody wants to replace it. The Vikings got stuck with the "replacement deal". Everybody else got to use the Dome, then get a new place, but it's the Vikings who are stuck with the still functioning dome and want a new place.
This isn't about money, it's about replacing something that some people actually think is just fine.
I get it, and it works when you stick with the same wife for 30 years, but this is a case of misplaced loyaly. Some things you do stick with, some things you use and eventually throw away.
