Mike Mayock on NFL network says Vikes had the best draft

along with the Tampa Bay Bucaneers. He really likes what the Bucs have done with free agency and the draft.

I agree the Bucs have really improved on paper. However, it will all come down to Josh Freeman. Will he play like he did in 2010 or 2011. He was much better in 2010.
