is a bit of a Mystery. Evidently he has two years left, but there are rumors 2013 is a team option.

Regardless, typically coaches (except TICE, lol) don't go into a year as a lame duck (even though it's possible in reality Frazier might be a duck this year)
I guess what I am trying to say is it's very likely a decision will be made on Les at the end of the year, to Fire, or to Extend.
And I am torn. He is a solid person, a very good man, but he seems to lack the ability to make the split second decisions that need to be made, especially in the last two minutes of halves.
Perhaps this is something that can be improved upon, and it needs to be, because many NFL games are tight, and the W or L depends on it.
So it's tough, because I want the Vikes to win, and I will always cheer for them to. But I do have my doubts Frazier can make the quick decisions to win big games, especially in the playoffs.
I guess I hope he proves me wrong.
Ponder making a big leap forward would help immensely.
