The neighboring team used it this year. They were poor but it wouldn't have mattered what they ran. I will tell you it was very porous against the run. Teams didn't have to pass.
I still believe that it's the players that are much more important than the defensive alignment. Now running the right blitzes, stunts, coverages at the right time can make a huge difference. That's where the coaching comes into play.
