This is what I've heard about Hooker...
the offense he played in was a spread-out, NON-pro style offense in which he only had to make one (or zero!) reads before he made his throws. Often times he just had to look at one side of the field and didn't have to think before making his throws. The WRs were schemed open and sometimes the throw was pre-determined before the snap was made. He put up excellent numbers, but the offense made it easy for him. He sounds like a project. Maybe even a total bust.
