Yeah she's a bit younger than I. And knows their routine, so most likely she outlives all 3 of us.
Taking a 3rd dive into the fishbowl alleviates my 2 biggest concerns. Who takes care of B&E, and... My dead body doesn't become the last meal I serve the 2 pups.
She's a good gal, an islander. Part of the reason I'm considering returning to Oregon coast. Idaho is an angry place. Adding diversity to the local community won't win us handshakes & hugs.
We'll see how it plays out, I have quite a project ahead to bail out of here with max profit... Might wind up going on the rv road for a while. The coast is awesome. Especially the bottom half stretch from Brookings to Newport.
Owning a home on the coast is an upkeep nightmare. The salt air & constant dampness is the arch enemy of wood.
On the islands, they learned long ago. Rock is the best building material in salt air climes.
Yet, up & down America's coastlines. Wooden structures dominate.
Fiberglass & aluminum frame rv's are a passable substitute for concrete/brick/rock. And. During the wettest & darkest months. We can split south. Wind up with an angry neighbor, we can tuck limb to the turtle shell & vamous.
A question for UV.... Post covid. Have the Michigan/ indiana RV factories ramped back up?
