Toronto, 4 games left at home, 1 vs NY & 3 vs Tampa.
Houston, 3 games left at Arizona
Seattle, 4 games left hosting Texas.
Seattle is all but eliminated- 2games behind Toronto, 1.5 behind Houston.
I Predict, houston gains #5 seed & Toronto winds up the 6 seed.
Twins would host Blue Jays for 3 game WC series,
Tampa would host Houston for the other 3 game AL WC series
The NL WC race has more players. Philly has clinched the 4 seed.
AZ has a 2 game lead for the 5 seed & has 4 games left. 1 today at White Sox, then home for 3 vs Houston.
Cubs & Miami are tied for 6 seed. Both have 4 games remaining. Cubs finish their series at ATL today, Miami at Mets. Cubs finish up with 3 at Milwaukee, Miami finish with 3 at Pittsburgh.
Cincy is 1.5 behind the 6 seed & SD is 3.5 behind 6 seed. Both Cincy & SD have 3 games left. Cincy at STL & SD at White Sox.
It's anybody's guess who claims the final 2 NL seeds. 1 win by either Marlins/ Cubs eliminates the padres. 1 win by az clinches then a post season birth. It's a long shot, requiring everyone ahead of them to finish winless. But I wouldn't count SD out. None of Miami/Cubs/Cincy are playing very good right now & face teams that owned them all year.
Still, I predict the NL sends az & Miami to the dance.
Making the 3 game wildcards-
Philly hosting AZ & Milwaukee hosting Miami...
The 8th inning gaffe Tues night by rf Suzuki winds up biting the cubs in Batman tradition...
Of course- after today's games- it'll all look different.
TC ends their season in Denver. That stadium has a tendency to give visitors a hangover in their next series. I'd rather the twins were playing anywhere but there to end the regular season. TC gonna need to overcome oxygen depravation for Tuesdays game 1.
Lol- I'm lining up the excuses😂🤣😂
