Baltimore is back home Sunday after a trip to London. The teams that play in Europe are often jet lagged the following game.
Stat wise- the Ravens boast a top 3 defense. But looking at their schedule. They have yet to play a top rated offense. Scheduling has helped them. Week 1 vs CJ strouds NFL debut. Week 2 vs an injured Joe burrow... Week 3 another rookie QB on a loss vs Indy. Week 4 the Browns w/o late scratch desean Watson forcing rookie DTR into making his debut w/o starter reps. week 5 the Steelers & even last week, they struggled to beat Tennessee.
All that said. Detroit is banged up. W/o the injuries. Probably the spread is "pick'em".
On the history front. The lions have beaten the Ravens exactly 1 time- at home back in 05. 1-5 all time is the lions mark vs purple & plaid.
Campbell has done well changing lion culture. I've noticed, these past 2ish seasons. Breaking streaks has been part of Campbells motivational tool chest.
A flat From London Raven squad handing the lions their 1st ever road w vs the Ravens would be my pick.
Unless of course, you'd rather bet the Vikings, Patriots, Cardinals, Giants or Falcons to lose.
Tampa is 14-1 (su) vs ATL this century as the home favorite.
Vikings are the surest L. I'ma telling ya. The 4-9 BEAST is gonna be angry. This is a bad spot for kirko. He s gonna be on the ground early & often
Cleveland did the ground & pound & got lucky.
Mattison & company? Going ground & pound on the Niners? Not a chance!
