Im still not sure if the play was legal or not.
If the play was legal, throwing a pass to your left tackle, then the correct move for campbell is to pull his team off the playing field and demand a conference call with walt anderson. Walt did it earlier in the year. Broke into the broadcast & explained the leagues view.
You cant run another play Dan Camobell. Take the fine- the punishment. Get a definitive ruling. Theres plenty of precedence of the refs picking up a flag. And once you run another play. The play stands. I been saying it 4-5 years now. Some coach needs to pull his players off the field. Balsy- pethaps career ending. But as HC- you cant let a bad flag rake away 60 minutes if sweat & bruises. You just cant.
So- the play. Because #70 reports eligible. It can make Decker eligible. IF- Decker is off the line of scrimmage, and he is covered by a receiver on the los that side on the los. Or. If decker has no receiver to his left.
It appears- decker is on LOS for the play & outside wr is off los- thats an illegal formation.
Ive heard the pundits say it was a legal play bc #70 reported. Which would be true if then everybody is lined up correctly. Im not sure they were. It'd be no big deal, really. Except. The league has partnered with draft kings. Gotta get this shit right because of the $millions that win/lose change hands last night on the basis of that 1 play.
Campbell is a genius in comparison to the league & its weekly black eye concerning horrid officiating.
I was rooting for cowpunks- Im all in against the lions after the lions nazi sympathy ownership jacked the fans.
In the rematch week 18. I hope flores gas defenders diving at lions knees. That tackle of tj was dirty. I saw it coming & was yelling like a paper towel commercial. Fk the chicken shlt lions. Fk em hard!
Next Sunday i want the pontiac bounty bowl. You gonna play us dirty? Fine. Turnabout is fair play!
Final note- Brad Allen is the posterboy for horrid officiating. Please get him off my tv. Lol✌️
