I personally do not know of this shop,but I would hope that their customer service and honesty is at a much higher level than that of the previous shop-they contacted me,I attempted to get back to them to help with the problem 2 times,just to get no response,after you had the car towed there when they stated that they were capable of fixing it!I am sorry you have gone thru this.This situation gives all auto repair shops a black eye.Please keep in touch with me as to how the repair is going-call me anytime for help.
