2001 saab 9-3 2.0turbo 4 door 5 spd

My antenna broke off. When I TRIED TO REPLACE IT MY SELF, I ENDED UP PULLING THE WHOLE ANTENNA MOTOR OUT. I can not for the life of me figure where to attach the clear plastic tube coming from the antenna motor. It looks like its a tube for air flow or something. helllllllp!
