1998 Buick Century, new battery, clean cables, I notice lately when I turn off car, sometimes my lights go out when I turn off the engine, normal would be they stay on for a few seconds, when I turn on car, my dash lights will be dim and then they brighten, I have car over 10 years never happened before, can any one help? thank you
