2001 Saab stalls

Hello, I have a 2001 Saab 9-3 SE turbo. It always starts fine cold but will stall randomly while driving. It will not start again until it cools. I have replaced the plugs and the ignition cassette because my mechanic thought it was those but it continues to do the same thing. It runs well normally then just stops. Please help It is driving my wife and I crazy. Thanks
