What you put upon this webpage was "Direct Evidence" of the fact that Muhammad put his own words into the Quran. You must take into account many factors.
1) The words "say" were not conveniently added in order to make the quran sound like it was from God. "Say" was what the angels had said to Muhammad to speak to his people, to direct his talk toward his followers and non believers.
Ex: "Say: I seek refuge in the Lord of mankind.." The angels are telling him to Say it for guidance.
2) Obviousley God would make the words so that they would be adressed in a way that would be praising to him. If Muhammad was preaching God's word, God would not send him down a verse saying "Worship me and pray to me because im God" -it would look as though Muhammad was God. It would say something more along the lines of "I take refuge with the Lord of the Dawn."
3) The angels would tell Muhammad things that he had to follow, obey, and when they told things to him, he put it in a way that would make sense to the people. IF the angels had said, directly speaking to Muhammed "Even you must pray" muhammad wouldnt say to the people, "even you must pray", he would say, "even i must pray".
