Hi. I think that a villa is a great option for families because it caters to your own special needs. Private cooks, babysitters, internet access, maid service. Whatever you request. And the price is very affordable, especially when you take into account that you don't pay for meals off the menu; you pay the actual cost for the food that the staff buys in the market or local grocery stores and they cook it up for you. And they are great cooks. And there is a villa manager to arrange outings and special requests. I am personally recommending Villa Tandeg, which has two villas available: a four bedroom and a two bedroom villa. Staff is incredible, Within 10 minutes from the beach and 15 minutes to Seminyak and golf course but very private and out of the way. The view is spectacular, with pristine rice terraces. I can go on and on. Once you stay in a villa, you won't want to go back to hotels. And I am sincere about that. Check the website www.villatandeg.com
