I have been doing some price checking for when we go next month..
The travel agent actually told me that some of the online deals they offer are better than the prices they give so make sure you shop around.
The Dynasty has on their website a spot called "Last minute Deals".
Not sure when you're going, but if it's a quiet time of the year, they offer a really good rate there but you can only book up to 10 days in advance.
Our kids loved the waterbom park, the elephant park (especially riding them) and the Bali Hai Beach Club Cruise is a must.
Kids loved swimming in the crystal clear water of Lembongan Island and jumping off the pontoon etc..
Can't think off the top of my head what else...
