Hi Deb,
Yes.. I would recommend taking your stroller, we have travelled with toddlers in the past and have found our stroller to be a godsend.
The streets are sometimes crowded and busy and knowing your child is strapped in a stroller is more of a safety issue for us..
Yes.. some paths are tricky to navigate but overall we were pleased we always bought the stroller..
