Well we (my family) are back from a fabulous 3 week break in Bali with a group of other families.
We stayed in a few places and visited many for the future.
Resort Tunjung in Legian remains great value - where else can you fet a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom villa for $130 Aussie?
Kumala Pantai is an excellent hotel and is now having high occupancy rates and is hard to get in to
Greenfiled Bungalows have some stunning new rooms overlooking the rice paddies in Ubud and they are good value!
For surfing families who want to get away from Kuta and Legian check out Villa Tranquil, now on the site - a great villa with views over the surf break and hinterland
At Amed, Blue Moon is still fabulous and they are adding new rooms!
For the budget conscious - Adika Sari and Suji Bungalows are still in good shape!
For eating - Rumours, Lucky Day - the bar staff are great with kids!, Tekor Bali - Breakfast here is spot on, Seaside, Yutz - great steaks and Lanai in Legian/Seminyak are all excellent
Kori's and Poppies are two wonderful old faves still going strong
