Hi there, We are 3 adults and 4 children. We'll be in Bali for 15 days. We'd like to visit Ubud, Nusa Dua, Sanur, Kuta area, Padangbai, the elephant park and bird park etc. I was thinking it would simplify things to hire a driver for the duration of our trip and to be able to use him as we need him. Does anyone have any idea how much would be a fair price to pay as a lump sum? ...or any other suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks, Tina
