That rate sounds o.k. You may be able to negotiate something lower at the airport but having transport arranged ahead of time when you are traveling with children is nice. As far as car seats go, most of the cars in Bali do not have seatbelts - including transport vans. We have brought a car seat and improvised with rope and so forth to attach the car seat to the seat, but it is not ideal. You just really pray you are not in a car accident...
