I have travelled to Bali with both a 10 mth old & toddlers. Most places are more than happy to accommodate children. Most restaurants will even cook up something special for baby if requested.
I would make sure you have a room with a bath (although most seem to have a bath). When my children were small I would put a Milton Anti Bacterial tablet in the bathwater. You can also get waterless anti bacterial handwash.
As under 1's shouldn't wear aeroguard or rid etc my ECN recommended dabbing the babies clothing and bedding with lavender oil and he never received 1 bite in the 14 days were were there.
