Your daughter will have no worries in Bali. Bread etc and cakes are not what you eat in Bali. I'm gluten intolerant and have been to Bali six times and never had any concerns with gluten. The rice dishes are amazing and I always leave Bali with a couple of extra kilos!! Enjoy your stay...............
