Bali with 18 month old

We're off to Bali next week with our 18mo daughter, for the first time. We've booked Penida View in Sanur and Ubud Village Hotel. I'm worried about sleeping arrangements for our daughter. Should i phone these places ahead and ask about cots? I'm assuming the Travel agent has done this but reading some of the Travelogues I shouldn't assume anything...
