Hi Pete, we had the same problem deciding which room.We booked the Family Suite but then when talking to others found it was going to be too far away from the pool area. We decided on the Family Pool View Room, which we believe is ground floor and in front of the pool area.Try going to www.bali-dynasty.com they have a map of the hotel showing where differnet rooms are.
