I would recommend Gazebo beach hotel in Sanur, we just got back, with a 4 and a 20 months old baby. It is such a nice place, balinese style cottages, not too fancy, but very friendly staff. Right in the centre of Sanur, on the beach, 3 swimming pools, nice restaurants, movies, and all the other restaurants on the beach at walking distance.
