Went to Bali last year off again in 2 weeks. I found most DVD shops offered good quality dvds, newest releases were probably the ones that sometimes have heads on screen and weren't that good a quality. They offer them to you in the covers but is easier not to bring them home in the covers as this leaves more room for luggage. Covers can be brought cheap enough at wa salvage, crazy clarks etc. You will need all the luggage space you can get, but keep the movie covers (inserts) so that you can insert them into the covers you buy back home.
