Yes Made is registered he has his own business. As for charges, it is best to contact him and negotiate a price as petrol prices have doubled in Bali all the drivers were putting up their prices the week we left. That includes the taxi's as well as the private drivers. Contact Made i'm sure he will do his best for you. Have a great holiday.
