I can tell you I've never been read Miranda rights ever. They dispatched with that some time ago. It's easier to get ppl to talk if they don't know they don't have to. What they do is detain you for hours, take you to a station ask you all kinds of shit, let you run your mouth like an idiot then the judge will mirandize you at the arraignment.
But I was not under arrest so it wouldn't be applicable anyway.
