just talked to my sheriff buddy. ALL vehicles are required to have those stupid lights. And then he admitted that the local guys use that excuse and he thinks it is stupid. But yea, you have to have them. And the probably cause thing.....well, there is always probable cause. You should have just started crying, that always works for me.
