Hi Frank. That was Mike Karslake. He moved from Vange to an old rectory in South Benfleet, where he had a very large collection of Lamberreta scooters. He used to build scale model ships, planes, building, etc,etc, for the film industry. He also had a model shop in Eastwood. I lost touch with him when he moved to Devon.
