go to www.photolava.com . Click Browse and find the picture on your computer that you want to upload. Select it. Now click Begin Upload. It will be transferred to their server. When complete, it will return you a list of 4 items. Copy the last one (Link). Now Paste that url into the message where it says "Optional Image URL".
