Follow the direction on Image Shack website (link is below). Go to "post a message" on the BayouVisa.com message board. Then click on "image" (it will have a mountain's next to it) on the BV message board. This is under the box where you type your message's.
You will then paste the photos code in "Optional Image URL:" space and then click add under it.
