Another batch of poorly supervised and un-trained people where the "cure" is worse than the problem. The lady cop probably had the best of intentions. Now an injured animal and a citizen with costs for all or all of us. I guess the dog qualifies with the Obomacare morons (unemployed waitin for a handout) so he is set.
