George way back before there was a green movement my dad always created the following deer camp shower with great success!
Take a freight pallet and 4 2x4's for corner post. Then frame in the top with 2x4's as well. Wrap whole structure including top with plastic/ visqueen. On Top lay 50-100' of black water hose with a spray nozzle. Even on mild days we always had plenty of "Hot" water.
