I invite those of you that own stock to next time tale a look at the annual report. Look at the directors (who set executive salary levels) and you might discover that it is a good old boys (and girls) club. Executive compensation is out of control in this country and you and I have nothing to say about it. People get :downsized" and executive salaries (i.e. bonuses) go up.
As far as a "brain drain, maybe it would be good to "drain" those that got us in this situation in the 1st place. There is a lot off talent and smart people in this country to replaced them.
