Agree Tony, plus capping salaries/bonuses will create a brain drain for the very companies that were are hoping will pay back their debt to the govt. Now it will never happen and any talented executives will move on to other US corporations or worse yet, foreign corporations. I hate to say it but if the rich are fat and happy, the rest of us are doing better also.
