As a "part-timer" resident, we have enjoyed many years as property owners here in BV. Family gatherings, fishing buddies for the weekend, and so on. We had a TX/OU party weekend before last, friends and family over to watch the game -we are big Longhorn fans - and I was shocked to find a BV police officer sitting outside running the license plates of all of my visitors. Didn't take long for my shock to turn into anger, so I called my attorney to ask if they could do this and was told in no uncertain terms "no".
I read the message board occasionally, but have never posted before. But I wanted to let as many people as I could know what they are doing.
