My sister does it daily for medical reasons and she swears by them, her doctor told her to start doing it about a year ago and she would never be without one now. You can also get the "sea mist" at a drugstore, it comes under different brands and is a nasal spray that is saline, great for allergies too, especially if you get sinus headaches or toothaches from your sinuses, when your sinuses are full and swollen it can cause tooth pain as well as headaches..
