I guess there will always be one. I've got one on my street that has forgotten (or never knew) what civility means. I try to avoid him but sometimes have to be face to face. It's funny, I've known him for 20 years, and remember him as a rentor, now he's a big cheese...very rich fantasy life he leads. Of course, his friends would not have the same opinion I do...but I'm not his fishing buddy either...they are.
