Notice is hereby given of a Regular Meeting ¡V Public Hearing - of the Bayou Vista City Council to be held on Tuesday, June 26 2018, at 6:30 p.m., at the Community Center, located at 783 ¡§C¡¨ Marlin, Bayou Vista, Texas, (corner of Neptune and Marlin) concerning the following items:

A. Announcement by the Mayor of the presence of a quorum that the meeting had been duly called, and the notice of the meeting had been posted in the manner prescribed by law.
4. Pledge of Allegiance and Pledge to the Texas Flag
5. Public Hearing regarding the proposed submission of a Grant Application to Texas Parks & Wildlife for the renovation/improvement of the Bayscape 2000 Park.

9. ACTION ITEMS
A. Consider and take possible action to approve Ordinance No. 2018-07 an Ordinance adding to the Code of Ordinances of the City of Bayou Vista, Texas, by adding Article 07.10.00 Personal Watercraft Lift, Section 07.10.01 through 07.10.02 to prohibit and declare a nuisance when all or part of a personal watercraft lift extends into a side set back line except while launching or recovering a personal watercraft for a period not to exceed fifteen minutes; providing for a penalty and providing for severability.
B. Consider and take possible action approve Ordinance No. 2018-08 an Ordinance amending the Code of Ordinances of the City of Bayou Vista, Texas, by amending Article 03.08.00 Residential Home Construction, Section 03.08.08 (B)(7) to require all construction, maintenance, repair, siding, & exterior painting to be inspected and completed within 120 days of permit issuance; and by amending Article 03.07.00 Standard Building Codes, Section 03.07.08 (A) by adding a permit with no fee if obtained prior to exterior painting and a $50 fee if permit for exterior painting, with all other subsections remaining the same; and by providing for a penalty and providing severability.
C. Consider and take possible action to approve Ordinance No. 2018-09 an Ordinance Adding to the Code of Ordinances of the City of Bayou Vista, Texas, prohibiting drilling and mining or the reopening of any abandoned well or mine in any public park within the city limits of Bayou Vista, Texas.
D. Consider and take possible action to approve and authorize the purchase/replacement of the Police vehicle that was wrecked. E. Discuss, consider and take possible action to approve Resolution 2018-6R - Local Park Grant Program Resolution Authorizing Application of Local Park Grant through Texas Parks & Wildlife and officially designating Alderman Tami Inman as the representative in this regard and to include City property located between Bonita and Redfish. F. Consider and take possible action to approve the Resolution 2018-06R-BA as recommended by Mayor Konyha to amend the 2017-2018 Fiscal Year Budget as follows:
