This is what he said,
"To make a long story short we have a class B pool according to the state "Class B: Any pool intended for public recreational use. Also referred to as a public pool." Class B requires properly trained lifeguards......an apartment is a class C "Class C: Any pool intended for use by apartments, condos, property owners associations, mulit-family owned pools, etc. Included in this group are pools operated soley for and in conjunction with lodgingings such as hotels and motels. Also referred to a semi-public pool." no lifeguard needed but proper rescue equipment and signage is required.
The only way to change this is to actually have an HOA and make it semi-public with limited access.
I know it doesn't help but that's why we can't have it open unfortunately"
Your kids must be in an HOA
