B'day 9/26/46 - nice to see someone older than I am!! Had lumpectomy on 2/26/04 and two sentinel nodes - negative. Started chemo on 3/23/04 and surprised at how well I did. Also have a benign brain tumor found 2-1/2 years ago and we are "waiting and watching" with MRI's - so far no appreciable growth. Mine's called a schwannoma on the 9th cranial nerve - Rita, what did you have? Ironically, husband found out he has a benign brain tumor called a meningioma. WOW - from relatively healthy to supporting the medical community!!!
