Gabby, If you haven't already, go to RedRockBiologics.com, or do a google search and it will come up. There is ALOT of info there. It states that the vaccine is primarily for the Western Diamondback, but may help with a few others, a list of which can be found through the site. I checked this out myself because I have always had an interest in reptiles, but never heard of a Vaccine, just the antivenin. It is quite interesting to read about! I know many areas of the US have rattlesnakes and other venomous snakes as part of the normal habitat. Snakes, as well as spiders/scorpions can lurk anywhere and can very well pose a treat to our animals! It's always good to be on the lookout! I hope we can al learn from you bringing up this subject!
