Hi Danise
I am so sorry to hear about your difficulties. It's very hard to deal with group dynamics that are so distressing.
It's ironic, as a breeder and I were talking about the very same thing yesterday. My feelings are that a dog who is not working well with the pack of course, needs to be re-homed. However, one really needs to assess such a problem where there is dog to human aggression. While there are homes out there that are perfect fits for such a dog, there is also the liablility issue.
We once had a male who was getting progressively more aggressive as he matured sexually. He seemed to be aggressive to all dogs no matter what sex and was completely isolated toward the end. After being bitten by this dog I decided to have the dog put down. The vet refused my request and I was forced to place him anyway. He was successfully placed as a service dog for a quadraplegic. I was so relieved. The environment included no bostons, on multiple acres in middle California. I get updates often and he is definitely loved. I only hope that this situation for you can work out the same way.
We all wish you luck in finding the perfect home for your little scrapper.
Sincerely, Holly
