Had coffee in the new Snack Bar at M.C. this morning. All up and running including guest rooms upstairs and new washers and dryers. Only the soft serve ice cream machine is rebuilt but not back in action yet. Menu is minimal - there's zappable food items available: Pizza and burgers, there's coffee, donuts / pastries, drinks, other snacky items. The four rental rooms are nice, each with a different theme. Also, there's now Wi-Fi, though you have to be near the building to connect. I'm about 150 ft away at my campfire as I type this. Expansion to cover wider area is in the works according to the owner, Wayne. The pool is already raked clean and filled up over the last 2 days. Place looks really good. I'm very much looking forward to this year's Hiawatha. Y'all come!
