"The latest Minneapolis coffeehouse...Betty's Bikes & Buns, 600 E Hennepin Ave 612-378-4988 opened 6/18. The motorcycle-theme (that's the bikes part) java joint will feature a large collection of motorcycling memorabilia, and the menu will include cinnamon rolls (that's the buns part) plus soups, salads, smoothies, milkshakes and malts. Owner Lindsey Roe has worked to maintain the look and feel of the building's original use as a 1940s Texaco filling station and plentiful mtorcycle parking is adjacent to a large patio"
