I just spoke to Deb. She said that when he's awake he's together enough to answer and talk on the phone. Is short term memory is not great and he looses track of what they were talking about, but he's talking and picking up the phone!
She's not ready to share the phone number because he's still not ready to have a bunch of calls. she always call the Nurse's Station before calling him to make sure he's awake and not with the doctor or something.
She's going to see him shortly and will give me a call when she gets home. I'll update again.
