WOW...this is surprising news based on what's been posted. The fact that he needs a special bed and equipment says a lot..no therapy etc?
That hospital has a terrific room shortage if they give you your walking papers so early. I've been through what's entailed in homecare and there are certain things that a patient must be able to do for themselves or it becomes extremely difficult. There might be a coverage consideration.
Is it possible that Mickey might have signed himself out? He's not one to find himself confined for any length of time
