It can be fought when you know how. He doesn't have insurance and that could be a factor IF he is alert enough. He has short term memory right now. Too soon to know prognosis.
Rehab is necessary!
They need to speak to Social Services and have them get him Medicare or Medicaid. He will be eligible for Social Security Disability now, which will provide Medicare.
I don't really think we need to discuss his personal problems. He is a private person when it comes to his health.
